A 1926 Historical Bungalow Addition

We were asked to design an addition to this beautiful 1926 bungalow.

The client requested that we create an addition that would flow and reflect perfectly the architectural design style of the original structure. Adding the free standing garage opposite of the addition created a quaint courtyard adding privacy and charm to the residence. We paid great attention to detail matching the original Ludowici tile roof, window styles and stucco texture on the exterior walls.
