Mr. Pemberton was recommended to us by our contractor, Sal Sammaro of MJ Construction. We bought an old riverfront home that had been partially destroyed in Hurricane Michael. The plan was to tear the house down completely. It was suggested to us to keep afew walls and build on the old footprint, thus saving a good deal on fees.
